The CSA National Mission Development is a key role that focuses on growing the national movement and local groups (missions) to deliver surfing programs and resources across Australia to help CSA fulfil it's vision and mission.


Jono Bailey, with his wife Naomi and 3 children live in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast, QLD where Jono has been involved in Christian Surfers for over 20 years since he was a teenage grommet.


Supporting Jono in his role allows him to have capacity to ensure CSA is growing both in leadership development as well as local missions initiatives.
