Share in the Monders' Spirit The Ormond Amateur Football Club has partnered with the Australian Sports Foundation to enable all payments to the 'Share in the Monders' Spirit' Campaign to be fully tax deductible. The ' Share in the Monders' Spirit ' Campaign has the vision for Ormond to be the football club of choice in the Ormond and surrounding area, and the mission to exist for footballers and our community to experience a sense of belonging. A significant reserve fund will be the important foundation from which Ormond will progress to Premier B and Premier A, with sustainable club operations, an elite coaching and player development program, player wellbeing program, excellent facilities, and a rock solid association with the Ormond Juniors. The Ormond Amateur Football Club has set up the ' Share in the Monders' Spirit ' Campaign, where contributions will be used to support the operations of the Club and to develop a financial reserve. This will ensure that the Club is able to invest in the necessary personnel, equipment, and facilities, to offer player health and wellbeing programs consistent with the Club's values, in order to turn the aspiration of continued success into reality. Our aim today, 91 years since our formation, is to continue to build on the solid foundations of those who have come before us, and ensure the revered traditions of our proud Club remain strong. A few years back, I set my sights on becoming a junior 'Irukandji', and now here I am... This achievement marks the beginning of an exciting chapter in my journey as I prepare to showcase my skills on the global stage. Paris Selection Series & Training & Travel After winning the 2024 event again in January in Brisbane I am now a 7-time national champion in ISSF Women's Skeet in Australia, Junior World Cup Gold medalist & past Junior World Record holder. At 16 I became the youngest person in history to represent Australia in Shooting sports at the Rio Olympics and I was the youngest shooting athlete in the world to compete at Rio. That happened with a lot of family support, support from local businesses and community fundraising in East Gippsland. It takes a village to get to an Olympics! I can't do this on my own. I'm now asking for help with expenses I will incur during the selection series to make my second Australian Olympic team for Paris in 2024. To succeed I need to be able to reduce my work hours to train, travel to interstate selection events, and to take time off without pay to get to international selection events. Calculating a budget for the next 8 months through to Paris, looking at leave without pay, travel for domestic selections, training costs and other expenses I need to raise about $30,000 so that I can afford to maximise my training and travel opportunities without financial stress. This financial support which is tax deductible to donors thanks to the ASF, will be vitally important. Without it my commitment to training and travel will be extremely difficult. Any support will be very much appreciated, and you can feel what it felt in 2016 for supporters knowing that they helped put a young Aussie on the team for the Rio Olympics.

West Harbour RUFC Development Fund We are one of the oldest rugby clubs in the world, which was originally formed as Burwood and changed it's name to Western Suburbs in 1900. The club changed it's name in 1995 to it's current name of West Harbour and adopted the nickname of Pirates. We are the peak body responsible for the game of rugby in Western Sydney. Our district starts at Petersham in the east to Auburn in the west - from the banks of the Parramatta River in the north to Campsie in the south. We have over 200 registered senior players and approximately 200 junior players. We are a member union of the New South Wales Rugby Union and participate in the Premier NSW Rugby competition, The Shute Shield, operating it's rugby program on a semi professional level. We have approximately 2,000 members.

Funds raised go towards fostering and encouraging the game of Rugby Union through development of all concerned.

AMYC Development Fund This Development Fund was established by the AMYC Committee to support improved clubhouse facilities, youth training equipment and programs, and increased community interaction. Our fundraising program will contribute towards the planned extensions to our club building, as well as the purchase of junior training boats and subsidising summer junior training programs. Clubhouse Upgrade Our current building is now 55 years old and although it has weathered well, it is in need of major maintenance and an upgrade of facilities. In addition to our increased membership we now have several community groups utilising the club, along with local services, which sees us bursting at the seams during our peak periods. For many years now we have been liaising with the relevant authorities to ensure the proposed upgrade meets the required guidelines and regulations. From the outset our objective has been to maintain the ‘quaintness’ of the building and to enhance the existing ‘look and feel’ of the building. Internally we will have vastly improved kitchen facilities, new bar area, toilets upstairs and a lift, as well as an upgrade of the downstairs showers and increased storage space for junior training boats, our rescue boat and other summer services (Life Saving Patrol base). Kevy Jones Change Room Renovation Be part of something special and leave your legacy with the Zillmere Eagles. For $500, you can Buy a Brick on the Kevy Jones change rooms following the renovations. The Kevy Jones Change rooms were initially build in 1970, and have had no improvements since day 1. The club has been successful in securing $370,000 in grants to undertake the works, but there is a $100,000 shortfall that the club needs to contribute to complete the works. We are calling on our beloved Eagles community to assist with the renovation works. With over 200 junior players forecast in season 2024, and a return to Saturday football for the men's team - the change rooms upgrade works are long overdue. The club is running a "Buy a Brick" fundraising initiative to assist with the costs associated with the project. Buy a Brick A plaque with the donators details will be fixed to the side of the change room, displaying the greater Eagles family that has participated in this project. Each Brick costs $500, with the funds going directly to the Kevy Jones change room renovation project. All donations are fully tax deductible. The plaques will be 150mm x 50mm in size and will be fixed to the exterior of the building to show all participants that have contributed to the project. The plaques will be in a brushed brass finish with black text. * Please email treasurer@zillmereeagles.com with the name you would like included on the brick. Other Donations All donations towards the Kevy Jones change room renovations are greatly appreciated. If you are not able to buy a whole brick, please know that smaller contributions are available to assist the club in our fundraising goals. Emma Cairnduff- Hockey Australia Masters World Cup October 2024 Hi Everyone, I would like to share with you that I have been fortunate enough to achieve my lifelong goal of representing Australia in the upcoming Masters World Cup Hockey Team, the tournament is being held in Cape Town, South Africa in October 2024. This is the second time I have had the privilege to play for Australia as I travelled to New Zealand to compete in the Masters Trans-Tasman Cup and to top the experience off, we won Gold. Unfortunately, these trips are self-funded, and I will be extremely grateful for any support you are able to provide. All donations are tax deductable. Harlei KRICAK I will be representing Australia in the U16's Women's national team at either the World Championships Tour in Turkey from the 14th June - 5th July 2024 which includes a training camp in Europe beforehand, or selection into the New Zealand Tour from the 5th - 15th of July 2024. Final team selections will be made public on the 2nd of May. All of the costs associated with sending Junior Australian water polo athletes to International competitions are borne by the player and/or the players family. This season my family will incur huge costs for me to represent at a club, state, national, and international level, which is estimated to be $32,000 (excluding fuel costs). I am a regional athlete and my mum spends 24 hours of every week driving from the Central Coast of NSW to Sydney so that I can train, play games and participate in satellite camps. I would really appreciate your support to help me achieve my dreams.

I am aiming to raise $18,000 to help fund my trip to either New Zealand or Europe/Turkey for World champs, and also the final selection camp in April.

Under 23 World Champs This year once again I have been lucky enough to have been selected to race the U23 lightweight single at the Under 23 World Championships as part of the Australian U23 Rowing Team. As we compete in St Catherines Canada we are required to pay a seat fee to cover travel and competition cost, and with a high training load time is limited to work. As this is my third time competing any support would be greatly appreciated as any support with assist majorly in helping me compete at my best and come home with my best result yet.

This year once again I have been lucky enough to have been selected to race the U23 lightweight single at the Under 23 World Championships as part of the Australian U23 Rowing Team.

Piranha Bar Equipment Upgrade The social facilities of the Power House Football Club require an update for the club to continue to be able provide a positive environment for our men and women's teams, as well as our past players. This includes: New tap beer system Bar Fridge Commercial dishwasher BBQ All these item are needed urgently. We will be naming the bar - “The Piranha Bar” after the infamous mascot of the ‘90s. We will also be recognising the fundraising efforts of our Past Players’ Association with signage on the bar. Power House not only wants but also needs a strong involvement of our Past Players to ensure we grow and become stronger. Thank you for making a contribution which will be tax deductible.
