Visit websiteThe aim of the Avondale Junior Development Program is to raise funds for a scholarship program for our junior members. One group (up to 12 athletes) will receive individual/personalised coaching and programs. A second group of up to 20 athletes will receive group coaching and programs. Grants will be applied to: - Coaching - Gym sessions - Psychology - Personal development - Diet and nutrition - Membership fees - Attend national events and competition - Any other costs attributed to improving elite and participation pathways for junior development
