- Give back to our volunteers who selflessly donate their time every week
- Initiate and develop the pathways program, assisting players make the transition to Senior football
- Keep AFL financially accessible to all in the local community by ensuring registrations fees remain low and affordable for all.
- Assist with the maintenance of facilities and purchase equipment that are fit for purpose, especially for future women's teams.
