Visit websiteShe Hoops has partnered with the Aboriginal Basketball Academy to deliver this program designed for Indigenous girls aged between 14-17. The Shehoops Indigenous Leadership Program is a holistic program aimed at offering Indigenous girls a range of new skills with physical, social and emotional benefits. These are delivered via a leadership curriculum led by 3x3 bronze medal winning, Ally Wilson.
We hope this program will help to address the underrepresentation of Indigenous girls in leadership positions and in basketball. By providing this opportunity we hope to develop these leadership skills, social and emotional skills and participation in basketball, breaking down barriers and promoting inclusivity in sport in Australia.
