To successfully run the MIND.BODY.PEDAL event we are after $400,000 to allow our team to work closely with schools and female students throughout Victoria.

Raising $400,000 would help our team to be able to work with 100 schools throughout Victoria in a year and would help us to cultivate active and healthy school communities, with females that feel confident to ride.

With your support and generous donations, Ride2School’s MIND.BODY.PEDAL program will be delivered to 100 Victorian schools. Throughout the event, students engage in the following four sessions:

• A ride around their local community and learning some basic road rules to increase their confidence to be a safe road user.
• A mindfulness and yoga session, where they are taken through a series of breathing and stretching activities.
• A MIND.BODY.PEDAL ambassador shares her story and show the group where to begin on their riding journey
• A session with qualified youth workers, where the group discuss issues such as self-esteem, peer pressure and how to challenge social norms.

Your donation will help us empower students to build their confidence to ride and develop healthy habits for life.
