Deaf Sports Australia (DSA) is the peak body for deaf sport in Australia. We facilitate and support the participation of deaf Australians at all level of sport, such as athletics, badminton, basketball, cricket, cycling, golf, netball, swimming and volleyball, as well as in the Australian Deaf Games, the Asia Pacific Games for the Deaf and the Deaflympic Games. We advocate, educate and inform mainstream sporting and government agencies to encourage support for the inclusion of deaf people. We have partner organisations in five States with the same mission to serve the deaf and hard of hearing community through participation in sporting activities.
