Drummoyne Water Polo Club (DWPC) or the Drummoyne Devils as we like to be known is a club built on the values of participation, performance, and community. In 2024 the club will turn 120yrs and under the pillar of performance we have an ambition to celebrate this significant milestone as the club with the best coaching team, frameworks, and pathways to support our teams and their success in their respective competitions.

Our club has teams competing at all ages starting with Friday Night Flippa Ball, Juniors and Youth; Seniors (Division 1 and Division 2), Sydney Super League (SSL) and Australian Water Polo League (AWL). We aim to continue our success as one of the largest clubs in Australia with the ambition that all our members whatever age or ambition reach their full potential.

Ultimately, we strive to support our members and represent our community by providing the best coaching, supporting frameworks and technical equipment to allow each team to build their performance and passion for the sport as part of great club community.

This has been achieved to date through a lot of hard work by volunteers within the Club, which will continue, however financial support is also crucial to take us to the next level and maintain this as an inclusive sport.

•   Coaching Support for Competitions Attendance

• Team Support for National Competitions

•   Strength and Conditioning Program Development, Equipment and Coaching

•   State of the art Coaching Equipment including video analysis facilities

•   Long Term Progression Program Development to support our youth through to Senior Pathways Planning

• Resources to investigate the development of continued education beyond the sport, careers assistance, mentoring and business networks for juniors and seniors
