Established in 1901, the Orange Golf Club Limited, has 123 years of history.

Since moving to Duntryleague in 1935, the golf course is recognised as one of the best regional golf courses in Australia.

A little over 12 months ago the club took the course maintenance in house and has now appointed the highly credentialed Craig Geeve as its Superintendent.

To help Craig present our course in the very best condition to our members and guests, the club has embarked on a massive machinery replacement program.

Recently the club has spent $400,000 upgrading machinery including a blower, bunker rake, fairway mower, greens mower, sprayer, top dresser and workman.

There is still a considerable amount of equipment that is well past its use by day and repairs are becoming expensive.

Over the course of our current Strategic Plan 2023-2027, we are looking to spend a further $600,000 on course equipment.

Subject to Craig’s advice this will include a banks mower, fairway mower, greens mower, rough mower, and workman.
