Key deliverables of the program are:

1. Zero-harm bridge crossing for horses and riders between our North and South paddocks that 100% eliminates the risk of injury to riders, horses and other users of the high volume arterial Nudgee Road such as cyclists, motorcycles, cars, caravans, trucks etc.
2. Development of high quality dedicated horse medical yards with appropriate shade, flooring, lighting and screening plants.
3. Additional purpose built riding areas including a professional sand arena.
4. Sustainable lighting upgrade for our main showjumping arena where the lighting system is nearing end of life. Legacy technology will be replaced with energy efficient LED lighting
5. Sustainable bulk rainwater harvesting to significantly reduce use of mains water, improve the quality of the grazing and riding surfaces; and also benefit Nundah Community Enterprises Co-op (NCEC) who are co-located with Hendra Pony Club.
6. Sustainable investment in equipment for the maintenance of riding surfaces.
7. Permanent toilet facilities for the North paddock which is not directly accessible from the South paddock (need to use public roadway).
8. All weather roof structure to be designed and constructed for our main showjumping arena. Self sufficient solar lighting system to be integral to the design.
