There are many benefits of sport for children … reduced risk of obesity, increased cardiovascular fitness, healthy growth of bones and muscles, improved coordination, greater confidence and a sense of purpose and wellbeing.

Unfortunately, a reason for the low participation rates is financial constraints. Which is why Kids In Sport Inc. is committed to helping as many kids as possible to play sport – and nurture a more sports-minded culture in our schools, playgrounds and sports clubs that encourages kids to be active and play sport.
