The Coaching and High Performance program is aimed at developing the understanding and skills of players in relation to game sense, skills, leadership and strength and conditioning.

Strength and conditioning, physiotherapy and rehabilitation expertise and facilities will be provided by Athletes Authority. Game sense, skills and leadership development will be provided by highly experienced coaching staff at North Shore AFC.

The intention of the program is to provide skills and understandings over several years to high level female and male players on the North Shore, with the medium term objective of contributing to an elevation of the standard of the game in Sydney, while in the the long term it is expected that some of the participants will go on to coach and mentor future players using the high level of knowledge and skills gained from this program.
