Soar High with the Sea Eagles!

Founded in 1959, the Sandy Bay Sea Eagles have grown into one of Hobart’s top water polo clubs! With teams for boys and girls from 12&U to 18&U, plus a fierce presence in the senior competition.

Our dedicated membership base is one of the largest in the state, and it’s all thanks to our incredible volunteers and the generous supporters. But we’re not stopping there! We’re passionate about growing the sport of water polo in Tasmania, providing a space where young players can develop their skills, achieve their goals, and thrive in a supportive environment. Whether they’re just starting out or aiming for higher competition, we’re here to support them every step of the way. 

Why Your Support Matters:

We need you to help us keep water polo in Hobart affordable. Our pool hire costs and the registration fees we pay the State and National Water Polo Associations are 40% more than they were 2 years ago and unfortunately up to now those costs have had to fall on our players and their families.
