Join the Vice Presidents club and support a player!

The project aims to raise funds for football operations costs at the South Augusta Football club which has over 400 members with 8 teams participating in the Spencer Gulf league ranging from under 7's to A grade. The club prides itself in its coaching staff from Under 7's upwards and has had an excellent success record within its juniors.

The South Augusta Football club was formed in 1912 and is the oldest existing club in Port Augusta. 

The club is a non for profit organisation and is known as a family club with a "no pokies" machine policy. Other Sporting Clubs that associate with Souths include Table Tennis, Magpies Netball Club, Port Augusta Darts Association, South Basketball and the South Cricket Club. 

Currently, over 30% of the 200 registered football players within South Augusta are indigenous with ages ranging between 10-35 years of age. Indigenous and local young people who encounter boredom, emotional problems, cultural challenges and exposure to drug and alcohol issues from isolated areas have the opportunity to meet, play sport and access the club facilities thus encouraging active participation, healthy lifestyles, cross-culturalism, social interaction and a higher standard of performance.

Support the club in its aim to get the 8 teams on the field each week and pay up to $100 towards the Vice Presidents club.
