This fund will provide vital resources to ensure our players have access to the best possible opportunities, facilities, and development pathways. It will fuel the growth of women’s rugby league in our community, helping to create a lasting impact both on and off the field.

In collaboration with the Australian Sports Foundation, your generous donations will directly contribute to the advancement of women’s rugby league. As the sport continues to gain momentum, we are seeing more young girls choose rugby league as their sport of choice and seek professional pathways. Your support will help pave the way for these future stars.

Project Aims

Investing in the Dragons Female Future Fund will help enhance the NRLW program through:

State-of-the-art Equipment: Providing essential tools such as saunas, ice baths, and other performance aids.

Performance and Training Camps: Offering opportunities for cultural, leadership, and education workshops, along with wellbeing programs to support player growth.

Individual Upskilling: Tailored sessions to enhance skills, both on and off the field.

Access to Top-tier Facilities: Enabling access to cutting-edge training venues and resources.

Diet and Nutrition: Providing greater access to food and nutrition, ensuring players are fueling their bodies for peak performance.

Professional Development for Staff: Supporting staff members of the women’s program with access to development opportunities and further education.

Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will play a crucial role in the growth of women's rugby league and the success of the St George Illawarra Dragons. Donations of $2 or more made to the Dragons Female Future Fund via the Australian Sports Foundation are tax deductible.
