This fundraiser will benefit tennis programs, initiatives and venues in the Northern Rivers Region of NSW providing opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to participate in tennis in welcoming, safe, and inclusive environments.

The Northern Rivers Region has been heavily affected by flooding over the last few years, most recently in March 2022. Program operators in these areas require support to recover and continue to deliver and grow these important programs.

A beneficiary of this fundraising will include initiatives run at Kyogle Tennis Club by tennis coach Tylah Robinson a proud Bunjalung woman. Tylah has been running community tennis every Thursday, engaging up to 23 First Nations youth weekly. Tylah’s efforts have supported positive outcomes for young people in the community, particularly those at risk, by providing a fun, safe and supportive social outlet.
