The Uni Norths OWLS Rugby Club in Canberra caters for senior and junior male and female rugby players and supporters from campuses at the University of Canberra and the Australian National University, plus the broader community throughout the Inner North of Canberra. The club competes in the ACTRU and ACTJRU competitions throughout all grades and ages groups.

The club is a result of the merger of the University (ANU) and University of Canberra rugby clubs in 1998. In 2001 the Northern Suburbs Rugby Club joined the merged entity to form the Unis Norths Owls Rugby Club. Both the Northern Suburbs and University (formerly the Canberra University College) Rugby Clubs are foundation members of the ACT Rugby Union, which recently celebrated it's 80th anniversary.

With no licensed facilities to support the club's operations, the club relies on the generosity of its sponsors, grants from the affiliated universities plus general operating revenue from canteen sales and player fees.

This fund has been set up to be the philanthropic arm of the club that will allow individuals to make a financial contribution to the club that will ensure that the club does not have to increase player costs to fund any new projects or equipment purchases. Keeping the game affordable is key to growing the club and the game through participation.
