About the project
UWA Water Polo Club is one of the largest and most successful clubs in Australia. We have over 60 water polo teams competing in competitions from Club run Flippa Ball and District School competitions through to Water Polo Western Australia State League competitions for Juniors, Seniors, Masters and Premier League.
Our junior teams have been highly successful. In 2015, the club achieved a feat never achieved previously in Australia winning all three of the Under 18, Under 16 and Under 14 Boys National Championships. Our club strives to develop players and provide the best training, coaching and competition opportunities so that players can reach their full potential. This is achieved through a lot of hard work by volunteers within the Club, however financial support is also crucial.
