As the world flies by at 200+km per hour, the thrill of the race is electrifying.

Whether you are in the driver’s seat, working in Pit Lane or celebrating in Victory Lane, you can feel it in the air.

At Walkinshaw Andretti United we want everyone to experience this feeling. Engineers. Mechanics. Drivers. Commercial. Officials. Management.

Regardless of your background. Limited wealth, education and access will no longer be a barrier to bringing the best into our sport.

We introduce the Walkinshaw Andretti United Foundation Academy (WAU Foundation Academy) and invite you to join us.

WAU Foundation Academy aims to build a long-term, credible and sustainable pathway program to motorsports excellence.

This program will use the positive effect of our new premises alongside specific training tools, particularly in simulation learning and physical preparation, to create a program of high performance, specific to our professional motorsport.

The structure of the WAU Foundation Academy is focussed to provide a pipeline of opportunity for elite talent into the ‘main game’ of Supercars.

At its core, the premise is to allow the best talent to rise - irrespective of funding, background or wealth. We want to open doors and intensify talent.

Our team operates in a high-performance world where there is a constant focus on continuous improvement. This applies for our equipment, our technical resources and most importantly our people.

This WAU Foundation Academy program is authentic, credible and appropriate to growing the Australian Motorsport talent pool – the WAU way. That is our purpose.

We are excited in the opportunity to grow the pipeline into this exciting new initiative. Walkinshaw Andretti United has committed funds and resources to establish the vision and strategy.

Our aim is to raise $1m in philanthropic support to launch the academy to create the talent pipeline and achieve our ambitious goals.

We invite you to join our journey and pledge a gift, to support and shape the future of our sport. There are a range of opportunities available in recognition of your valuable support. Understanding that all of us have different capacities and life circumstances, we are deeply grateful for every gift.

All donations towards the campaign are tax deductible and can be pledged over two years.

We thank you for your consideration of this important project, that will shape the future success and prosperity of our sport and the talent within it.
