Lucas is 14 and has been selected to represent Australia in the Under 15 Boys team at the USA Football Junior International Cup this June in Los Angeles.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Lucas. He’ll be competing at Dignity Health Sports Park, home of the LA Galaxy, against talented teams from around the world. Ever since he first picked up a football, Lucas has dreamed of playing American football in the United States, and now that dream is becoming a reality.

Lucas is passionate, dedicated, and committed to his sport. Being selected at such a young age is both an honour and a testament to the hard work he’s put in over the years. He’s also inspired by the exciting news that flag football will be included in the upcoming Olympic Games, and he hopes this experience will be a stepping stone toward one day representing Australia on that stage.
