Softball has a strong Olympic history for Australia, with medals in 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008. With the sport returning for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, my goal is to help continue that legacy and represent Australia on the world stage.

In July 2026, I’ll be representing Australia while touring in Japan and playing again Japanese teams. This is a massive opportunity to get international softball exposure and to help increase my skills and knowledge for softball.

While this opportunity is incredibly exciting, it also comes with significant personal costs. Like many athletes in our sport, I am required to self-fund, with expected out-of-pocket expenses of around $7,000 to cover travel, accommodation, and competition costs.
