I proudly represent Athletics Australia and the Athletics

Foundation, and I’ve just earned my spot on my first Australian team for the Mini Pacific

Games.

I’m a 6x national medalist, but that’s just the start. I’m chasing the 80+ metre mark,

international comps, and the chance to throw for both Australia and maybe even Malta.

Eventually, I want to coach the next generation — pass on the lessons, the fire, and the

belief.

Off the field, I’m a bit of a sneakerhead, a dessert-making home chef, and a guy who’s all about self-

growth — whether it’s in the gym, at uni (I’m studying commerce at Sydney Uni), or running

City2Surf for the fun of it. I’m also passionate about men’s mental health. It’s something I’ve

faced myself, and I want to be someone who helps others through it.

and competing at my best. And honestly — I’d be so bloody grateful. I don’t just carry the
